A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of shooting Bryan & Maria’s intimate winter wedding. A huge thank you goes out to the amazingly talented Mary Flower for referring us to this awesome couple! If you love the blues, you must check out Mary’s music. She is heralded by many musicians to the one of the best living finger-style blues guitarists. We feel very fortunate for her friendship.
After shooting their pre-wedding session, we were instantly excited for this wedding! Bryan and Maria are a fun-loving couple and we had fun getting creative in all the stylish rooms of the Arista Ballroom in SE Portland. After processing these photos, it feels like we were on some glamorous vintage Hollywood set. Enjoy, and be sure to click the image below or the text link to view the rest of this post!
The Groom & his brothers take to the streets before the ceremony . . . lookin’ tough!
Maria would be a natural in any bridal magazine.
The dress was designed in a collaborative effort between the bride and her mother. Wonderful details!
Maria with her father just before the ceremony. Most of the time he was making everyone laugh, but I love his seriousness here.
Maria looks like she was taken straight out of a scene from an 18th century Parisan ball in this candid!
