We have had a wonderful time getting to know Michaeline and Marty over the past few months. After an awesome engagement session on Mt. Hood, we knew their wedding would be special. Near tragedy struck a few weeks before their wedding when Martin informed us that Mikki had accidentally dropped a kitchen knife on her foot, cutting one of her major tendons. At the time, he informed us that we better get our camera’s ready for a beautiful bride with a big black boot! (aka a walking cast). A few days before the wedding, Mikki happily shared with us that she didn’t have to wear the boot for our photo time before and during the ceremony. However, she did rock the boot at the reception with style and grace–a testament to her wonderful attitude and personality! Click the photo or link below to view more images from their wedding. Enjoy!
Their dessert of choice were home-made personal pies in berry and strawberry-rhubarb. Delicious!
The bridesmaids got the party started, while the bride rocked the boot!
